With FarmLink staff, Judith developed and teaches the Employment Resilerator, with the goal of helping agricultural businesses move towards compliance with California’s stringent labor laws. Addressing issues of stress related to employee management, plus common problems of absenteeism and employee shortage, the course works with clients as they envision and actualize businesses that are great places to work.
