As Director of Operations, Tina manages the overall organizational coordination and effectiveness at the intersection of programs and administrative functions. With over 20 years of experience in food and agriculture systems she manages our Land and Business programs and Finance departments, working with managers to ensure strategic alignment, accountability, and top notch services and support for our teams.
