This website hosts Land Listings across California divided into three diverse ag regions: Central Coast and Southern California, Central Valley, and North Coast. FarmLink helps landowners, property managers, and others (we use the term “landholders”) to find farmers and ranchers for their land, with a focus on creating opportunities for the next generation.
When you register, you will be able to review landseeker profiles and connect with other registrants. Your name, contact information, and address will not be publicly visible on the land listing. By using the messaging system in the Land Portal, we encourage you to introduce yourself to landseekers who may be a good fit for your land opportunity.
Publish a land listing online to share with thousands of people across California. Our Land Listing form includes questions to guide you in describing agricultural land for rent, purchase or partnership, with key information required for our review. Staff can assist in finalizing your listing. With approval by our staff it will be published in our Farmland Directory.
Land listing details are visible to the general public; to protect your privacy, only people registered with FarmLink will be able to contact you. They won’t see your email address unless you reply to their inquiry. FarmLink can also help develop strong written agricultural land lease or purchase agreements.
