Juli manages FarmLink’s policy portfolio, and advises how the organization can scale up its impact through strategic engagement in federal and state policy issues that impact California’s small-scale farmers. She works closely with state and national partners working on food and agricultural policy issues, and ensures FarmLink has a seat at the policy-making table.
