Course Overview

Bookkeeping in Practice is designed to help farmers, ranchers, and fishers strengthen their financial management skills using QuickBooks. Participants will learn how to set up or clean up their bookkeeping systems, enter income and expenses, track assets, and complete monthly reconciliations. The course focuses on practical application, empowering participants to build reliable systems that support cash flow management and long-term business resilience.

Eligibility

To qualify for the program, participants must have completed the Resilerator or El Resilerador. 

After the Course

We offer an incentive package for completing the course, aimed to help you build strong, sustainable financial systems for your business. Incentives include:

  • A one-year subscription to QuickBooks Online, valued up to $400.
  • Weekly one-on-one technical assistance with a bookkeeper to help set up your books.  

To qualify for the incentive package, participants must:

  • Have no more than two absences from the full Bookkeeping in Practice course.
  • Sign up for QuickBooks or have an existing QuickBooks subscription.
