A total of 23 acres of flat agricultural land is available for lease in San Juan Bautista. The available acreage is composed of two adjacent parcels of 19 acres and 4 acres, which are currently owned by two family members. The landholders are seeking a tenant who would lease the full acreage, and are open to leasing to a master tenant who would have permission to sublease.

The land has been farmed conventionally, but has been fallow for the past year. The landholders would like to lease the property to a farmer experienced in organic production who would transition the land to organic (approximately two years remainin for the organic transition period). Intial lease term of 3-5 years, with rent negotiable depending on intended use, and including a progressive structure as the land is brought back into production and preferably transitioned to organic.

Infrastructure includes an agricultural well with a new pump and separate meter, installed mainlines and risers in working condition, an old barn for equipment or storage, and multiple access roads in good condition. There is no perimeter fence except for a woven wire fence along the western boundary maintained by the neighboring property owner.
