Cecilia brings over 20 years of experience supporting mission-driven nonprofits in roles ranging from administrator and project manager to, most recently, consultant. In her role as Executive Assistant, she provides vital support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team. Her responsibilities include managing key communications, coordinating complex schedules, and preparing for Board and Council meetings. Additionally, Cecilia will oversee daily operations, including administrative processes and facilities management, to ensure smooth and efficient organizational functioning.
